Changes to Jersey's Island Plan will be discussed in the States today (Tuesday). Big plans to make a house a home at Le Squez


Local contractors are being invited to tender for the job to create more affordable housing at Le Squez, which the Housing Minister says will make the St Clement estate a nicer place to live. Work is due to start in October to build 16 four bedroom homes, four two bedroom houses and a purpose built disabled unit with three bedrooms for Andium Homes – the new private housing company now looking after all the states owned social housing assets.
