The Eco active business network is an environmental management scheme for businesses and organizations that operate in Jersey. A business that is a member of the scheme will be taking actions to lower their businesses environmental impact.
As part of Le Gallais Self-Storage ongoing commitment to the environment, we have replaced all of our existing fluorescent lighting, with the latest in lighting technology, LED.
LED lighting will not only reduce our power usage by 50%, it will extend the life of each fitment, thus reducing waste as they are made of flexible polymers and cannot be accidentally broken by high level items being carried through our corridors.
Additionally, LED lighting activates with no flicker or delay, thus ensuring immediate illumination for our customers as they pass through our facility.
