Once an offer is accepted and negotiations for the purchase of a property are entered into, the prospective purchasers will be asked to produce.
- Photographic identification, either your passport or driving license.
- Government of Jersey registration card(s). These can be obtained from the Social Security department on La Motte Street.
- Proof of address in the form of a utility bill or bank statement and dated within the last 3 months, such as a phone, water or electricity bill. This document must contain all pages.
