Covid-19: Our services during lockdown
We hope you are all staying safe and well.
Following instruction from the Government of Jersey, we are now at Stage 2 of lockdown.
Most staff are working from home but viewings, valuations and most regular agency tasks are being carried out as normal under the Gov.JE guidelines. With the help of our staff and clients, we are endeavouring to continue with business as normally as possible as activity levels increase.
The Sales team has been extremely busy since we were able to conduct property visits mid-May and are available to discuss any property requirements you may have.
With several new instructions placed on the market recently we have had as many sales agreed in the past five weeks as we did during the same period last year. It would seem those that want to move are grabbing the opportunity to make the best of the low-interest rates forecast and find their dream home.
Lettings and Property Management
Those in rented accommodation have tended to "stay put" during this time of uncertainty, with those looking to move away changing their plans due to travel restrictions. This has meant that new instructions have been slow to come on but we have seen these increase over the past few weeks.
Service issues have been dealt with as normal as possible by our Property Managers with all problems dealt with in a timely fashion.
