There are a number of issues, which need to be taken into account by our staff when advising you of how best to proceed with letting your property. The market is highly competitive and it is essential that your property is presented on the best possible terms and in the best condition to allow it to be let quickly and at a competitive rent.

Our letting managers are highly skilled in carrying out a rental and property assessment for you and would be pleased to meet you at the property to discuss all of the issues in greater detail. In assessing rent accurately, it is essential that the agent is heavily involved in the market and lets property on a regular basis.


At Le Gallais our lettings and property management staff look after in excess of three hundred individual properties and we are constantly letting properties on behalf of clients; therefore we are well placed to judge what the correct market rent should be for property. Our valuations are sensible and realistic, where we aim to attract a tenant to your property who will start paying you rent within a short space of time rather than overstating the rent and allowing your property to remain vacant. We believe good property lettings should encompass two fundamental aspects, firstly a realistic and fair rent and secondly, good quality tenants who are going to look after your largest and most expensive asset and return it to you in good condition.
